Thanks to some nudging from @notimetoulose, I've adjusted the donut jump. Follow my journey as I attempt to jump a taxi through the glorious rotating donut...

It looks fun, however, I'd increase the size of the donut and play test it some more to find a happy medium. It would be so satisfying to blast through it and land that jump so it doesn't break the player's flow.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure if I want this to be an achievement driven jump or a play loop experience. One would be easier than the other and will come down to gameplay balance later on

I agree with Jodie here! Also you can try to playtest with the donut stationary first. The rotation is adding additional difficulty to the jump. Or maybe just reduce the rotation speed. So bigger donut, nu spin, or just slower speed.

What do you two think of this? Slowed it down 300% and enlarged by about 50%. Hit it on my first try.pic.twitter.com/M3XxHe1GZW

Much much better! Is it fun when you play it?

Yeah definitely. Some of these situations I'll refine more as I get deeper into level design and development, but making regular stunt paths more accessible / easier like this is always a good idea. Especially in areas that are highly visible to draw in first time players.
