Scale is hard. Always setup your character as a block or capsule. 1m is the Unity default. Then scale your level around that. @notimetoulose has some great blog posts about that. Check them out.

Scale is not hard! You just need to stick to the proper dimensions and then just cut out everything you don't need from your concept. When starting out the tendency is build everything, however you don't need everything. What don't you need?https://link.medium.com/DIsEk8ZNm9

Haha! It's more that I first had the floorplan WAY too large, thinking it had imported super small. I def set myself up with a 'okay the character is 1 Unity cube tall' when laying out - just over estimated how large I needed to scale the sprite XD
