Warning to anyone interested: Truss physics has not been updated for years, and the author has disappeared. It's very unstable, and crashes the editor. It's a native plugin so no chance of getting the source. I wouldn't bother Btw: This is not the same package as the video above

If you are interested in soft body physics I suggest you mby write your own. Not too difficult, stick and ball chains basically. I'd imagine this would kill performance on a real time physics game pretty quickly if not handled with precision.
