It's a Unity plugin called Easyroads. Using the stable version, doesn't have all the fancy intersection things, but it's stable. What about you?
For boxing out the level I'm just building prefab pieces with Unity's ProBuilder. In the next few weeks I'll have to move into real terrain, roads, and building though. I'll have to check Easyroads out. It would be so much easier to do this way versus placing blocks. :)

Probuilder is good, but you need something more for terrain. They have Polybrush, but I don't know what it's like currently. For the terrain generation I use Gaia, but only for stamping terrains, there's some good plugins for this, it's way better than doing it by hand!

I'll definitely look into that! Huge thanks for the tip. I've played around with Unity's terrain tool and found it a bit lacking for what I needed.
