Yeah, that explains it, ibuprofen is REALLY bad if you have any kind of bowel disease, but especially bad if you have chrons or ulcerous colitis. I have Celiac but I can still eat ibuprofen provided my Celiac is not currently active.
When you describe it as "eat ibuprofen" I envision you pouring bottles into your mouth then nodding in satisfaction like "yeah. Now I'm ready to kick ass." Lol

I wish, I'm still groweling in pain and cursing about not being able to breathe (the inflammatory disease I have is called Tietzes). It gets better after about 5 days of treatment usually. Fortunately I am not currently treating it but it can pop up at any time.

And it would be really bad if it popped up at the same time as Covid-19, and that treatment wouldn't be possible :I
