I do too. I have Crohn's disease. A chronic inflammatory condition. I've been told for 15 years by multiple doctors it would be good to stay away from it. It still helps relieve pain but it can also worsen other aspects of inflammation.
For clarity, the biggest concern with ibu is internal bleeding and subsequent inflammation from that. It does help with pain etc.
