I hit a point of extreme burnout last year and it slowed me down a lot this year. I’m tired of feeling tied down to that moment, how do people get over burnout? It’s been like 18 months since I worked at my previous pace and I miss it.

What works for me is disconnecting entirely from whatever it is that burned me out. Pretend it doesn't exist for a day. If that doesn't help try another day. Do something else you've wanted to do but have been putting off. Binge a new show. Try a new restaurant. Do nothing.
