I tried to uninstall the app but my phone wouldn't let me, I uninstalled the updates and then reinstalled it but the issue came back within a couple of hours

I'm really only having the issue on this particular device. It happens when I'm on both Wi-Fi and on my phones data. The only way I have found to remedy the issue is to go into multitasking and then go back into the app.
