Please look where the rest of the world is going. Sweden, Belgium, Australia and the US are all moving to a rebuttal equal shared parenting presumption.

All the studies have been positive, only the Australian BAR has criticized the act in Australia. And they are upset because Equal Shared parenting as a presumption has diminished their industry and protected families from litigation.
