A lot of people spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to make a system that works from 10 am to 3 pm with a lunch break in between more efficient.

yea Liberal and NDP solution is just to let the criminals go free, since they've already got over 60 terrorists running our streets what the hell right. Make sure you protect the rights of the criminals/terrorists and to hell with the taxpayers.

According to experts interviewed after the announcement, the elimination of preliminary inquiries (except in the most extreme cases) will not bring any significant relief to the system as they represent only 3% of the cases.

Whats worse, is that removing prelims and many other portions of this bill attacks the presumption of innocence.
