Did you read the story of how more effective and efficient the Canadian troops were at vimy? The lessons then shared, rewrote the book and saved many, many more lives in subsequent battles.

There is an excellent book, called “Vimy”, written by Pierre Berton. Tells of the Canadian Corps fighting together under Canadian command. The Canadians changed how fighting was done in WWI and ultimately became the shock troops during many battles.
