Hey Jody, as you well know, or should know, the executives charged where NEVER offered the DPA. It is the new board of SNC that replaced all the crooks that are seeking a DPA. Totally different things. Then you know that, you are just trying to gaslight people. Just sad.

The Bebawi case was going to trial regardless of any DPA agreement for SNC. The charges against him relate to crimes committed long before you were AG.

This was not her stand. The guilty execs were always going to be prosecuted. This was about SNC not getting govt contracts & hurting 1000s of employees. It was also 20 yrs ago
