Approximately one-third of Canadians aged 15 and older who used cannabis in the past three months reported that they used cannabis “daily or almost daily” (Statistics Canada, 2019). You both had a hand in the legalization of marijuana that is your true legacy the damage done.

has left an extraordinary legacy. Parliament will be lesser without you but I know your contributions will continue.
For this I am grateful.
