From personal workplace experience, don't question what male management does even when it's fraud. They do not like to be challenged and you will pay dearly. I once believed we were all equal. What I've learned is females just need to be quiet and obedient or life gets very hard.

I don't have a problem addressing gender issues, but if it results in a Notley or a Wynne, then I have a problem. Whoever's in charge, they need to be responsible with the taxpayer's money.
