I haven't seen this mask but it looks like the work of Bill Henderson. Sun masks depict the raven bringing light into the world and releasing the first people from the clamshell. I'm not indigenous.
And she fought hard to prevent the former residents of St. Anne's school from being properly compensated when she Attorney General of Canada.
Then I suspect there is a perfectly logical explanation for her actions of your perceived injustice
