Hey JWR, why doesn't anyone want to talk about community infrastructure development on NW Ontario FN Communities? Is it because they want to blow 40yrs of FN monies on Fortis and other colonial favorites or because they've conflicted a lot of FN's too? No 7 gens thinking there.
