Are they going to be on display in another location? Sure hope so.

They will indeed. They'll soon be on display at the Visitors Centre in West Block.

Many long years ago, I stood where you are today during a short visit to Ottawa. As I was gazing at the names, my own popped up! I was so startled and yet taken aback ad deeply touched. It turned out to be a great uncle I didn't even know I had. One of those moments!

Will they be stored for the duration of the reno, or relocated? I always loved the Memorial Chamber when I worked in Centre block - on days when work was hard or I was just tired - the quiet dignity of the place and the names of fallen Canadians reminded me of why I was there.

Moving to a temporary Memorial Chapel in the West Block/VWC. It will be open to the public.

Keeping their memories in our hearts. I hope that the temporary location will be available for families and provide a suitably contemplative atmosphere.pic.twitter.com/wDlBKeN7gC
