Unbelievable as to how clueless you are when it comes to what is going on in youth court & family court where the victims of Domestic Violence have no rights. In criminal court the abuser/criminal would be jailed instead in youth & family its all about his rights.

Interesting. While these are largely established principles, it’s good to see them plainly stated. My expectation is that it will (should?) incentivize greater use of Crown discretion in its choice of what issues will be litigated—with a clear eye on the best use of Ct resources
