You know what is simply put? This bill is unconstitutional, and will grossly infringe on human rights on medical cannabis patients. You just passed a bill KNOWING people will be charged with impaired driving, when they actually are NOT impaired at all. Have fun in court I guess.

Congratulations, but the per se THC limits are unscientific, unjust and likely unconstitutional. They may also be counter-productive. Every police officer collecting saliva or drawing blood isn't enforcing other traffic laws.

This is not saving lives you are going after people's DNA for your data bases . This is infrigment on our rights . We don't consent to roadside DNA tests just cause the police feel like it . You should be ashamed not proud for stealing our rights
