Grateful the @SenateCA has passed #C45 tonight & to @TonyDean_TO for his Bill sponsorship. C-45 will create a strictly-regulated cannabis market, which will help keep it out of the hands of kids & take profits away from criminals. This is a milestone 4 progressive public policy!
