In the long run, allowing thos kind of content will put companies off investing money in ads if they see this being the "popular" content that will get them exposure, lowering YT's reputation and market value. They need to be careful with what they do about him.

If you meant *fined, he can't. Japan has no jurisdiction in the US. If you meant fired, he can't because there's no legally binding contract that could be terminated for gross misconduct.
