We are very lucky to have the NHS in the UK. I used to take it for granted until I saw some others countries health care systems.

just look at the record profits that the insurance companies (especially the giant, verically integrated oligopolies: cvs, unitedhealth group, & cigna) have been declaring since the pandemic began. declaring unused premium payments to be profits must just be a perk of the job.
