Target workers in Janesville, WI were all wearing surgical masks today. This Target is also one of the few places in town selling face coverings.

Except that they repeatedly adjust their masks and then touch stock and your goods. They gave them masks but not training. Same with USPS and Instacart delivery. Gear is useless without training.

Obviously your group do not understand the existing federal and state regulations requiring employee safety and health.. my 40 years working in the chemical manufacturing industry consumed years to implement projects to improve safety and health of workers and communities !!

I was required to use an N95 while handling dry ceramic glaze materials at work / respirator when sprayed bc neither paper nor cloth will keep those particles out: thank you! Now, virus particles are much smaller than that, but they get a paper mask
