105 days are paid at 100% of the woman’s average wage, and 260 days are paid at 90% of their average wage. So 365 days of PAID maternity leave in total

In Portugal it is between 120 and 180 days, not 6 weeks.

has both "maternity" & "parental" leave. Max. for one person is 76 weeks in total. Working parents often have supplemental agreements increasing $ support to ~100% of earnings. Note "time sharing" for parents/free health care.
