    Huh. It's almost as if Scott Pruitt was assigned to head the EPA with the specific intent of destroying it.

    NYT reports that EPA officials -- including a Trump political appointee -- were reassigned or demoted after questioning how Scott Pruitt is spending taxpayer funds.
