  12. Peer supervision is required for clinical psychology training and those relationships are immensely important. Prof Lisa Phillips states that some of those foundational bonds last for many years and embedding this helps build those collegial communities.

  13. Prof Lisa Phillips trains clinical psychologists and has embedded self-care, motivation and self-care into their training. This additional focus helps clinicians to better understand themselves and what they value in being a psychologist.
