Fascism is an authoritarian political ideology where the state massively subsidizes corporations and invokes external threats that sabotage the country (Jews, Communists, Muslims) while trying to return to a past glory (Italy and the Roman Empire, Germany and WWI Germany).

"authoritarian" takeover by a series of disconnected groups with no overarching leadership and only loose connections to other groups with the Antifa name. Looks like someone needs to define Authoritarianism for you next.

Authoritarianism: an ideology of strong central government at the expense of individual citizens and vaguely defined but extensive power for the executive, while ruling through fear. You think that applies to a group with no executive or governing body.
