The DSM is unfortunately named. Nevertheless, the development of concepts, both new & old, can enhance therapeutic interventions for those suffering unresolved mental distress. It’s not helpful to be too literal in these matters. What’s important is that suffering is supported.

This is the second Pandemic I have lived through. The first one was AIDS when I lost half of my friends at 20 yes old. Now again a mysterious Virus threatens us. Again Fauci at the helm...curious and creepy.I'm 64 and no longer fear death. Now I only fear pain and disability.
