BREAKING: @DNC Platform Committee has VOTED DOWN support for #MedicareForAll.
Only 22% of the DNC committee voted to support Medicare for All despite the fact that 88% of Democratic voters support it.
This party is NOT “for the people.” It’s for the oligarchy just like the GOP.

can someone tell me what the point of the Democratic Party is, if it refuses to support single-payer Medicare for all, in the middle of a pandemic? What exactly is the Democratic Party for? In what substantive way will it resist Donald Trump and the Republican Party?

They don't care about winning. The elections are a money making venture. The elections stopped being about democracy a long time ago. Just think of how Much money changes hands during an election and they are CONSTANTLY hitting is up for more.
