Do these people think treating Bernie and his supporters with sheer contempt will magically make Bernie supporters vote for their senile candidate in November? This is a mistake and they'll realize it on Election Day.

I think they realize this. It's just that their goal was never to beat Trump. The gravy train keeps chugging along whether Biden or Trump wins. All that matters to them is that Bernie doesn't win.
