    Good point! The holidays can be a minefield of well-intentioned but unwanted hugs and cheek pinching. Give your kids the gift of boundaries this holiday season.

    Especially pertinent during the upcoming holiday season. Don't force kids to hug family members if they don't want to! Teach them it's okay to have boundaries
