I really don’t know how. I guess because they are old school guys. Wilson with his history knew what he was doing

He didn't mean to hit #cbj in the head either. He just happens to hit a lot of guys in the head, pure by accident, a lot. At some point he has to be held responsible I would think, intentional or not.
