When in a war, you need to praise people coming to ur side. We need to welcome this. It’s this holier than water that screws us in crisis. It’s almost the ONLY pressure we have other than elections. This is why Rs win often. They welcome the other side.
That they were donating in the first place says a tremendous amount about the structural problems with our democracy.
Every corporation donates to both parties .... corporate money in politics in general is the problem.
