I'm not saying it's defamatory. But if they more than nominally damage Trump's reputation, he's not libel proof.

If people aren't voting for Trump b/c they think he's a rapist, that's evidence that it harms his reputation.

Completely agree. But NYT v. SULLIVAN also suggests courts assess "defamation" narrowly. @MarcusEpstein
