If anyone traces an ancestor to being born in TX & CA when owned by Mex, to LA et. al. when owned by France, to AK when owned by Russia, & etc., do they get kicked out of the US under Trump's interpretation of "subject to the jurisdiction" in the 14th Amend?

If Trump uses the 14th Amend "subject to the jurisdiction" to kick descendants of foriegn born parents out of the US, do they get tax refunds because the US had no jurisdiction to collect them?

If Trump tries to unilaterally remove the 14th Amend, that's unconstitutional. If Trump useses an Executive Order to reinterpret the 14th Amend differently than common usage, that's a disagreement to resolve in Court.
