    Downplaying the risk of hyponatremia is dangerous, . It is more common than you seem to think. 22% of women in the Boston Marathon were found to be hyponatremic. And not all cases of EAHE end in death.

    Interesting that possible dietary impact/influence doesn't get a mention here. "Nearly 6,000 people who never smoked die of lung cancer every year" vs those who die of cervical cancer (900), lymphoma (5,200), leukaemia (4,500) and ovarian cancer (4,200).

    The 5th follow-up of a patient (on PKD) with metastases in the liver and in the hip. On each and every ultrasound there is a "minor" but clear regression. In 6 months resulting in the original 50 mm (biggest diameter) in 25 mm. More details: Carnivore Retreat, Spain, next week.

    Oh dear. You were at my talk but didn’t have the guts to point out the ‘flaws’ in Q&A.Not surprising.I didn’t know who you were until an inv. journalist a few days ago alerted me to nutritionists promoting ‘body positivity’ is just another way to say eat junk food ;)

    . says are ONLY for the 40% of Americans who are “healthy.” This ignores the 60% of us w/ obesity, diabetes, heart disease, dementia, etc. Submit a public comment! We need Guidelines (DGA) for ALL Americans. Include ""

    I like C. Kresser's take on "meat causes cancer" studies. He notes very high meat consumption often linked to lower cancer risk. Makes sense. Those who eat meat intentionally to exclude carbs have good outcomes. Those who "eat everything" including meat, carbs and junk don't.

    You first! That means ALL plastic things, & all food grown using fossil fuels, & all buildings built with fossil fuels, & all electricity made with fossil fuels, & all transport run on fossil fuels, & all heating using fossil fuels. About 85% of all energy. Good luck!! 😉😉

    Interesting but Paula Radcliffe’s publicly published diet was low carb. Basically chicken and veg although I think she did have porridge in the morning. I didn’t think athletes ate high carb

    I re-tweet this only since it might suggest that the science of animal contribution to global warming may not be as settled as and others suggest. If is wrong, their actions will harm future health of many for no established benefit (to the environment)
