It's a preprint, but I see no reason to doubt it. It could explain why Europe is not seeing a second wave. Do we know if these people who didn’t have antibodies are protected by any other mechanisms from future infection? T cells etc?

No data on that. You can use very rough maths to work out a estimate. Total pos cases - deaths - Number in hospital (last report was about 7000) = 238,652 This doesn’t take into account people still with mild symptoms tho.
