    on the travel ban...I think there's an argument that presidential prior statements may not erode CIC powers, and the deference will fall toward CIC power rather than a prior intent-even if verifiable.

    Again for all those well intended and correct cautionary notes on locations. A reminder that every day of childhood trauma widens, like ripples on a pond, while we theorize potential harms (that are already fully in practice in the US).

    My tweet on "p'haps " location services included cautionary note re: utilities/databases. But pls call me aftr you hv a child w/traumatic loss/separation issues and don't see a cost vs benefits scenario here that makes you prioritize by any means possible.

    Not a distraction. It's plain statement. Just like what said to children as she left. She said what she said. Both messages are clear and unambiguous. As if the children's situation is not Trump policy&plan, but fate.This is the pitifully harsh reality of now.
