It seems more interesting and informative, to me, to consider those who study the greatest thing, the Universe, than those who study the smallest thing, each other.

How is “each other” the smallest thing though? And why is the size of the object of study determinant of its interestingness?

"... Don't pay attention to what others think of you. ..." Not 100% with that. "Only pay attention to what others think of you if it is valid." Seems more constructive? "... Teach others what you know. ..." Could be followed by "Learn what others have to teach" ?

If I may, it seems you're encouraging Humility and Empathy - which are (just...) two traits of authentic leadership. My question: how can we "grow" authentic leaders? There is a frightening vacuum of true leadership in the world right now, and we need it more than ever.
