Can’t agree more. No-code is the gateway to cheaply testing assumptions, getting market traction, and positioning yourself for long-term sustainability.
Whether it’s a lifestyle business or a stepping stone to funding and scaling

There are many reasons why I believe no-code is the future for startups.

As a Product Manager and Bubble Dev, it's a mindset shift to avoid using terminology like "things" on Monday mornings lol

DUDE! Just found the "schedule post" options on Twitter and LinkedIn lol. I think LinkedIn is new, but I was probably slow to find the Twitter feature

It's been slow going, but I've started ranking for 14 key words/phrases in Google Search.
Excited to see how that spikes when I start getting intentional about the SEO game 😎🚀

The framing of your question can have dramatic impact on the answer you receive
It’s not enough to know what you’re asking.
It’s an art to ask questions in a way that others understand the question in the way you meant for them to.

You can't easily change the market to fit the product, so you have to change the product to fit the market. No matter how much you want it to.

I've seen multiple threads across multiple platforms asking for advice around product analytics tools.
I'm guess things are getting more serious about measuring outcomes, especially in light of the global economic environment.
Or am I reading too much into this correlation?

💯! Learn the theory of product management and then put it into practice! There’s no real excuse these days to keep you from getting your own experience.
Being proactive is itself a key train of good PMs.

“Solve customer problems in a way that meets a business objective”
Said another way:
“Create enough value that users are gladly willing to pay for it”
You have to balance both. If you can’t, then are you creating real value in the first place?

Product management sometimes is about making tough choices that prioritizes profits over user needs
No PM optimizes for this, but the truth is there are moments where this happens
Growth as a PM to me is finding opportunities that maximize the instances of these two aligning

when i started doing user research, all I wanted was to be right.
now all i want is to learn if it works or not. shocker: most things don't work the first time, and that's why we do research.
you need to be open to failing when you're building something new. fail fast.

10 years later, I can say it has paid massive dividends

Boom! New feature enhancement completed. Coming in the next release.
For aspiring PMs who complete their project yet get poor reviews, you can now:
1. Unpublish the project
2. Choose to delete the ratings
3. Iterate based on feedback
4. Re-publish for new ratings

the difference between products that flop and products that work are simple: the ones that work solve customer problems in a way they'd choose to use it.
the unlocker to building great products is running experiments and doing user research.
