@TeamYouTube I pay for YouTube red with my Apple ID however it’s saying on the acc I purchased it on that there is no subscription. I’ve had this for a few months now but all of a sudden ads and background playback stopped working. Any help is appreciated

That's odd! Have you tried updating/reinstalling the app updates after restarting the device to see if that fixes it? Also, note that you may lose your existing offline content when you uninstall the app. Let us know how it goes.

I reinstalled YouTube and restarted my phone but I believe it’s a membership issue. Is YouTube red still acknowledged as a YouTube music/ad-free plan or do I need to upgrade it to premium? Let me know
