I heard that, before it was cancelled, season 6 was about the gang filing their taxes.
I'm on Season 5 of the original Yu-Gi-Oh series. I miss when they still played card games.

Yu-Gi-Oh wasn't meant to be about the card game only. The pharaoh was supposed to be the king of games. He challenged people to different kind of games (like a gambler almost). If people cheated agaisnt him, he took their souls. The card part became really popular so [continue]

the writer decided to use Duel Monsters as the main game of the series. There're are other games like the dice thing and another one (spoilers, so no telling). But yeah, that's the deal with YGO. I recently watched it again, it's pretty cool despite the rules being... you know...

Well, the best one after OG imho, but once yugioh went to motorcycles and synchro summons, that's when I stopped watching and playing. Won't hate on those that still enjoy it, just not fun for me personally.

I mean in my opinion synchro summons are cool but I hate 5D's so much I'm very conflicted about it a lot of the time
