As a gamer who mainly plays games with a great narrative, Can you recommend Monster Hunter to me based on the story? Or is it basically just window dressing for the end game?

Ok, I mean all that I’ve seen the game looks amazing. I just don’t want it to turn out to be grinding hunts with little to no context.
