I do think the RR bands were necessary, the win rates were crazy and without temur it would be the only deck to play.

I don't know man, there's a card in Rivals that stops Scarab God from working, it doesn't stop God Pharaoh's Gift but Scarab God is stopped dead

Probably not in those 4 color energy decks though without attune fixing mana. I'm hyped for my token strategy builds now without Ferocidon. Its like I got a 2nd Christmas with the RIX Prerelease followed by a 3rd with these bans.

I actually thing attune with aether would have been fine to keep considering more than just energy decks rely on it for mana fixing.

Man, being a legacy player makes me feel completely disoriented whenever people talk about newer MTG things.

I honestly liked Ferocidon, I think it was a good thing to stop the wave of vampire token decks that are likely coming as of RIX and now it’s gone

No the REAL problem is going to be Anointed Procession. The banning of Ferocidon means that there is no way for any red deck, or any deck at all, to stop them from gaining absurd amount of life and just waiting till they deck you

This is why I wouldn't be surprised by a rise of Silent Gravestone in sideboards to counter Scarab God and God Pharaohs Gift.
