Bow ranger or two weapon ranger??

currently two weapon, my girlfriend and some friends of ours started a campaign a few weeks ago, and once i got to level 2, i got duel weilding, although i do have a longbow so i do have some range options, just not going to focus on it as much.

Not gonna lie: I love me a good Monk. Yes, for optimization purposes they are sub par, but when you score a crit with your bare fists? "You punched the Orc so hard under his chin, you created a new rating system for my campaign.", has probably been my favourite remark yet.

I play healers, so cleric is an obvious choice for me! I'm playing a cleric/druid right now, but how other classes get healing is always interesting. I've got sheets for a bard and a Favored Soul sorc ready to go just in case.

I will always be a Ranger main, specifically my 2 weapon fighter Tiefling Namira Bloodoak. She is a deadly force and a very intelligent woman, but even being a Tiefling, her life outside of civilization has lead her to be awkward around people and very cute when flirting.

But now to the reason I actually play Ranger because twitter has a character limit. I like being a fighter but I always wanted to be a bit more, and I’m not a tank, so I went with Ranger, I was able to still be a deadly force while being a person of the forest.

Rogue. But not in the traditional lockpicking/looting sense. More along the lines of a spy, or an agent of a secretive organization. Like say the Obsidian Order of ST:DS9. Besides that nothing beats the classic fighter. Because sometimes you just need to hit things.

My first character ever I made this year and she is a Paladin Tiefling/Drow ( I couldn't pick one! haha ) I like Paladin, and it fit her backstory I made beforehand. Our current campaign is 3.5 which is a bit limiting, but we work with it.

My second character is a Satyr Druid which is helping me understand the magic wielding side of D&D. She is my favourite of my 2 characters so far because she is more fun instead of serious. Soon she should be getting a stone golem companion named Pebbles which I'm excited for!
