Expecting every E3 press conference to be tailored to only your specific tastes is unrealistic, narcissistic, and egocentric.

I think when someone says "this is boring," the "to me" is implied. Not necessarily narcissitic, just opinionated.

"I buy Madden every year." "I buy Fifa every year." You don't need to advertise to this player base and there aren't alternatives.

I was mostly referring to advertising at E3. If EA didn't advertise sports at E3 they would probably sell around the same amount.

It's mostly the overly large focus on games that are largely unchanged every single year, plus most ppl who play them don't watch E3

Its not overly large though. It has been bigger the Last couple of years because theyve been shaking the bottle with these new Story modes

They sell a lot of sports games. And Not really no. Half maybe.

A quarter. They're the same games every year, no reason to ever spend that much time on it.

Only sort of. The sports in total drastically outdid everything else. For literally the same game that comes out every year.
