Oftentimes I look at my YouTube demographics and get bummed out at how small the percentage of female viewers are.
I want everyone to feel welcome and be more appealing to all genders, but I have no idea how to go about doing that.

Video games have always had the incorrect stigma of it being a "boys club", and I don't want to be part of that stigma.

I'd be curious as well if there is a way to expand the audience, but still make videos on things that interest me personally.

IMHO you are doing just fine. I've never felt like I didn't belong or wasn't being spoken to when watching your videos.
