I picked up an AT2035 after much research and talking to @brutalmoose. If it doesn't work out, please direct all complaints to him.

yeah, I'm upgrading from the Yeti so for me it's likely worth it.

2035 is best for voices with a low range. The diaphragm is wider and suited best for deeper voices.
