I've been completely unstable over the past few months. I am not sure what's contributing to this but...maybe I should play Stardew Valley?

Obviously the correct answer is to see a professional, but I wonder if an engaging game will at least distract me from doing stupid shit.
@PushinUpRoses It's incredibly engaging, filled with wonder and mystery. LOTS to do in it. And yet, it soothes and calms me the whole time.
