It does indeed, it's about a guy (Vincent) who has a girlfriend (Katherine) who he's having some issues with, and instead of talking it over, he cheats with a 'woman' named Catherine. There's some choices to be had that affect the outcome, some moral quandaries, and blocks!

Growing up, I think Celeste represented the first time a video game challenged me to not just self-insert myself as the protagonist - but instead ask how I though someone with different experiences might behave, act, and feel. Sometimes it lined up; sometimes it didn't.

Ff6 created my mythology. I play Rogues(not thieves, treasure hunters) more often than not because of Locke. I incorporate disguises and character substitution because of the opera scene. The soundtrack is epic. I just realized that this must be why Diath resonates so much for me
